Jesus I’m sorry. We had a similar but not nearly as bad pipe burst situation last week and we had to get our kids out of their room at 10:30pm for their safety. A lot of landlords refuse to fix a problem until it’s too late. Had you seen any leaking prior to this, or was it a sudden burst?
