I've realized that scaling up isnt the challenge, it's scaling down.

Working with SMB, far too many have more tools than they need, and tools that are far more advanced and expensive than they are able to benefit from.

The result is complex systems and difficult tools that clogs the work flow.

#AI is moving faster than most SMB companies can follow.

In my experience, the problem in benefitting from the advances is that the lack of understand processes.

AI is amazing as a part of a work process, it's too dependent on a persons skills too be effective as a chatbot, for the majority.

Small-, medium businesses, why buy complex systems designed for big tech and then try to integrate them, when you easily can build them with #SharePoint and/or #PowerApps?

QMS? Project hotel? Structured document with automation?

A button in Teams that publishes your document as a PDF to the QMS?

#SharePoint is seriously unappreciated in the SMB marked.

A versatile tool to build most of the document handling and information structure a company needs already included in your subscription.

Intranet, QMS, project portal, employee handbook. Wholly integrated and with automation and apps.

#DailyTips in #Microsof365
Teams does not have its own files storage. It uses SharePoint.
This is an amazing feature, which gives you possibilities like
* Local sync the files to your computer
* Version history
* Realtime collaboration

and much much more.

I wrote an article on LinkedIn in Norwegian; "E-mail isn't dead, is the digital death.", where I covered several reasons why companies should heavily restrict the use of Email.

I'm currently writing one that covers alternatives for commonly uses.

Should I translate both to english?

I'm Daniel, I'm a netd, I will most likely mainly pay about needy stuff.

Microsoft 365, Scripting, python and Linux 😅
