As I only buy gifts for a few people & don't enjoy shopping, I went to a craft market & a couple of local businesses and did ALL my holiday shopping. Bought local & some handmade. Also 2/3 done Christmas baking! Now other than groceries, can avoid stores till after Christmas!

For those of us who are legally blind, a voice text can be a simple way to communicate & without being concerned as to what the context of our words are or having to decipher what an emoji is trying to depict. There are programs to read text out loud but sometimes you just need to speak.

It was rather tasty! Made another one for lunch today! May try adding some crispy crumbled bacon along with the green onion between the cheese layers next time...

To check freshness of your spices, open container & you should be able to tell what the spice is by the scent. If you can't tell, rub a bit between your fingers. If still no scent discard and buy new. Also only add spices in last 20-30 mins for full flavour in cooking. In baking add as per recipe.
