CME ALERT: A coronal mass ejection (CME) is approaching Earth. Impact could occur in the next 20 to 30 minutes.

This CME was released from Sunspot 4274. This area has been releasing quite a few xrays and CME's.

The light blue color across the North Atlantic Ocean is currently increasing and getting brighter indicating a possible increase in activity for this evening. The bright moon will likely affect viewing for those in the US. A little brighter... Heading towards the 35 - 40% range in shades of green. What we want is the color shaded areas to be orange and reds as far down into the states as possible in order to view auroras.
