It took 2 days for the covid shot to stop making my entire right side of my body hurt. Ended up hurting all the way down to my ankle, it was fucked up.

I dont lie when people tell me how im feeling. Because they care. And I love them.

Makes it hard to get out of bed some days. Makes it hard to talk some days. Makes me realize that, once I smile or laugh that I hadnt done so in weeks.

Some days its muted colors and tunneled vision, some days its catching myself staring at something for minutes, doing nothing else.

This has been flitting back and forth over my feed and ive been meaning to share what my experience with depression is like.

Its constant. Sometimes its not bad, like a tiny buzzing in the back of my head. And sometimes its like several pounds of pressure pushing inwards on every inch of my body.
