I visited the Beefeater Gin Distillery in London last year and picked up a bunch of swag for the home bar. I finally got around to cracking open the bottle of 24 selective cut this weekend.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe glass.
I’m continuing to find ways to use the homemade honey syrup. I’m using McLintock’s Gardners gin.
