Yep, no one wants to sort the shit show that Russia would be after any significant non-nuclear conflict.Everyone’s just hoping that they can hold out long enough to see Putin off & the next corrupt strong man is more malleable

This is crazy stuff, the Govt should be putting its shoudler into building the apprenticeships, college places and infrastructure to plug the 140K + cuurent vacancies the UK has in the built environment. We need nearly 300K additional trades over the next 5 years, thats the nat service we need.

My ‘grown up’ daughters have both embraced the concept of Novembermas…trees are up in their flats already. If it gives them the good vibes, good for them, but for me not until 6th or 7th December I think 😀

The timidity of all mainstream parties to really tackle the underlying issues has been a plague on all our houses. And when ‘bold’ decisions have been taken (usually for internal party politics)they exacerbate those underlying problems.we are stuck in a Groundhog Day of small ambitions.

I'd love to get on board with the Greens but some of your international policies are not serious with the current landscape of a war in Europe. War is terrible, I know i have fought in one.Peace and cooperation should be our default positions.But positing we can 'opt out' geopolitically is fantasy.

Everything with this current Govt feels timid. Leading a country is immensely difficult so difficult decisions need to be taken.Labours comms are awful so even when they do look to do something positive it lands like a pancake.Starmer is the wrong person to communicate to public how bad sit is.

If it’s true then it’s depressingly inevitable. Shows fundamental weakness of leadership across the PLP. Just perpetuates the myth that we can have our cake and eat it. Just another nail in this admins coffin & helps Reform, clueless…
