I tend to agree with AOC on this. She's just on a revenge tour for Trump not supporting her bid for the Senate from Georgia. Until she actually VOTES in Congress the way that she is speaking out, it doesn't mean anything.

He's not wrong, they have the constitutional right to establish the courts. That said, it's not like courts are not backed up. There is no way that this flies, certainly not through the Senate. Once again, performative outrage to try to pressure judges ruling against the FOTUS to back down.
