SCOTUS will not halt Florida's execution of Michael Bell. Sotomayor and Kagan dissent.

Two key trial witnesses against Bell later recanted—but took the Fifth when called to testify about it to avoid perjuring themselves. There was also suppressed evidence of police and prosecutorial misconduct.
