You can almost feel the BBC breaking news journalists breaking in real-time as they struggle to report that the employment tribunal didn't find that it was ok to be a transphobe in the workplace, and the Supreme Court decision really didn't matter in this case...

I agree, they’ve been ‘warned’ of possible legal cases against them, because they were generally pro trans inclusive orgs
I think it is important to know WI and Girl Guides have not voluntarily moved into excluding trans girls and women they have been pushed into by bigot zealots and the law being an ass
