Terry Matalas tweeted that he wasn't on the Excelsior when it was destroyed, but that raises the question of where he was if not the Excelsior. And it also raises the question of if he was young enough to be assimilated or not. (My vote goes to "probably.")

hmmm so LB is Loyal Blade right? and Loyal Blade is Elnor right? i know that STO takes place about ten years after Picard but if LB *is* Elnor then he's changed *a lot*. that message seems very OOC for the Elnor we know and I'm intrigued
