I think the corollary that a lot of people miss about "write what you know" is that *you have the power to know more things.* Research and talking to people are a central part of writing!

Actually ngl it does really suck that ketamine therapy would probably help a lot with my spine issues but staying in the hospital for 2 weeks is not viable when I both have a cat and am immunocompromised
