My mother lost her battle to colon cancer 24 years ago. She was the best mom ever. She was there for everything. I miss her terribly. Before I had my own children, Mother's Day was a bitter day. Now that I have my own babies, it's bittersweet. 1/2

My kids asked me to make an Oreo cream pie. About to mix the cream cheese and sugar mix into the whipped cream. I can’t believe I made whipped cream!!!! First picture is the cream cheese mix. Second picture is the whipped cream❤️

Heartbroken today. Peter Westbrook has passed away. A New Jersey native, he began fencing in high school at Essex Catholic in East Orange, an all-boys Catholic high school in East Orange. He won a bronze medal as a member of the US Olympic team and 3 Pan-American golds in mens’ sabre. 1/2

Cranberry sauce made with love from scratch. And no, there is nothing weird in it, just cranberries, water, squeezed juice of a couple of oranges and sugar. That’s it.

Pumpkins turn into pies!
These are white baking pumpkins. I roasted them in prep for pumpkin pie (my brother and my kids love pumpkin pie). It’s amazingly easy to make pumpkin pie from scratch and gives me tremendous joy.
