No diagnosis, I assume it's a seasonal thing and it'll just go away again. If it's still bad tomorrow I'm calling the doc. I actually had radiotherapy on my mouth and throat a few years ago (all good now), so a lot of this is quite familiar territory. I've even got some old meds that have helped 🙂
