I can’t ever remember being more profoundly disappointed in a book. This book is such false advertising. It’s rambling New York nostalgia porn, a rose colored ode to a time and place that probably didn’t really exist. It has no pacing at all and doesn’t know what to be. 1/5 and gonna give it away.
