It’s more so that bird flu didn’t go away. It’s not solved. It is a seasonal risk spread by migrating birds and given that we aren’t tracking or preventing it, the risk of cross over is increasing.

Well most commercial poultry farms are confined feed lot type situations. Essentially the animals are penned in and fed substandard food until they make weight and are killed and processed.
