In the NHS staff continue with Online meetings even though staff are working on the same corridor. It’s nuts.

#2 given his comorbidities nobody has assessed if he is a candidate for surgery, even in the best case scenario. Wouldn't this be sensible before doing more investigations? #3 the face to face consultation was not necessary as no physical transaction took place - this is just a billing anomoly
