Apart from the insidious, populist blaming of yet another vulnerable minority, this possibly reflects his failure to understand or put in place the measures required improve the mental health of this client group so that they can work.
Quite possibly he wouldn't know what I even mean by that .

One point that could readily be made is this; leading Brexiteers sold the idea that Britain would remain in the EEA. They can have no complaint if that's what they get now.

I understand the rationale behind not screening all men with the PSA test. Like it or not, it's logical.
Wouldn't it be sensible to identify all those with the BRCA1, BRCA2, and HOXB13 genetics though? That must be a much smaller number, and if I understand correctly those are the men most at risk.

Clearly no system should be simply adopted uncritically.
But it is interesting that the Danes have been able to develop a rigorous immigration system inside the EU.
