I learned to ask f/u like “if I see a deadline for [timeframe/date], does that work for you?”
Sometimes it can be weeks/months, but I don’t know my schedule months in advance, so the deadlines are usually mostly for me.

1. Tracking an ongoing bleed.
2. Tracking damage following a bleed.
3. Tracking neuro-degenerative changes.
4. Tracking new worrisome symptoms &/or erratic behaviors.
