That is horrible! ESTEEMED program is such a wonderful training program for undergraduates and helps students see themselves as researchers early in their UG years. It is also highly competitive just to get an award, speaking as a reviewers for the program for many years.

Rachel I am so sorry. This is devastating for your lab and for all the cancer patients that could have benefited from the treatments that will now not be developed.
