For #ScienceWeek, let me share my fave tool: my portable centrifuge 💙 During my PhD, I studied the diet of #sharks by spinning blood samples to extract plasma. I measured stable isotope values of plasma to find out what they ate. Years of sea spray took it down #CSIROSuperStarsofSTEM #WomeninScience
