Key findings:
➡️ Rest intervals as low as 20–30s maintained propulsive output across sets
➡️Reduced rest interval did not negatively impact performance

🔍 Implications:
✅ Improve power output retention with shorter rest intervals
✅ Optimize session time & training density

Support for longer rest redistribution:
👉🏻Alleviating fatigue
👉🏻Avoiding movement pattern interference

But not for overall effect for vertical jump height.
