I'm so in love with this world and characters. This is a very well crafted fantasy universe that screams of someone asking themselves so many questions and answering them while writing. Love the care out into everything, I need to read the manga...

This movie is so great in many ways. Gunn went all out, it's like when you break up with an ex and try to outdo yourself to make her mad. Loved all the characters in this.

52. Touhou Kinjoukyou ～ Fossilized Wonders

I loved the music, ZUN has not fallen off. I do prefer the first few stages cuz after stage 3, it's a piano fest (which I dont mind.)
The story is really interesting and cool, it's more lunarian bs but i dont mind.
Shame about the AI tho.

51. Mobile Suit: Zeta Gundam

Genuinely fantastic show. It feels like the previous season but more realized. Unlike it, I was hooked only 3 episodes in. I thought Char was a bit overrated but here, I find him really cool. It was nice seeing the WB crew aged up. Many episodes made me sad.

50. Blue Velvet

This is a strange movie but I liked it. The concept of looking beyond the surface, it's very well portrayed here with the characters and events. It gets real heavy real fast. I really like David Lynch's style of direction tho I'm unfamiliar with him. RIP tho.

Old school anime high fantasy with a loud protagonist... This is kinda like Maze, right up my alley LOL. It's like Berserk but cooler (Idk shit about Berserk.) It's genuinely so cool, the mc is so cool. A lil problematic but still so cool.

48. Fantastic Four: First Steps

Underrated movie. It was pretty good movie using elements from the verse that hadn't been done before and I appreciate the changes like woman silver surfer along with her dynamic with Johnny.
I just found Reed underwhelming, he barely uses his powers and isnt silly..

Very eerie war movie, it's very strange. It plays with many different ideas regarding the loss of innocence, the responsability of the people involved, the general horrors inflicted upon bielorussia. Interesting watch.
The main actor was very talented for his age.

It's a pretty good adaptation of his storyline. I rewatched it this year in a vc and it's still pretty good. Neatly done, hard to find fault into.

Such a genuine breath of fresh air compared to his last movie portrayals. It IS a Superman movie and it's great. It fully leans into all the dumb silver age superhero stuff and it feels just right.
I was hooked the moment I saw that interview between Clark and Lois, best scene.

Yes, that's the real title. It's a great film, genuinely. Just pure toku action in a HnK-esque sandy dystopia setting with a heaven and hell themeing. The robot/suits like Gold Experience, it's funny.

This movie is closest thing I've seen to western tokusatsu. It's peak action film and honestly, a wild ride to watch with people. I'm begging, people really need to watch this with friends. It's so fun and well-realized.

40. Fantastic Night Dreams COTTON

A really cute and sily game. I'm not used to side shooters much but it was fun to power through, I like its unique mechanics.
The retro fantasy mixed with super cute aesthetics are really doing it for me.

38. Kara no Kyoukai: The Garden of Sinners - Overlooking View

Interesting movie, it's setting up the characters in a neat contained stories while leaving (a lot of) room for more. Ryougi is a cool character, I liked her in Melty but here she looks cool 2. The amputee aspect reminds me of Hyakkimaru

37. Mobile Suit Gundam (0079)

I decided to watch THE mecha anime, starting with the first season because I'm clinically mad.
I liked it a fair bit but aside from a few highlights the last few episodes are what really got me into it.
Folks glaze Char but Amuro is the coolest character here for me.

36. Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works (The movie)

Watched it in a discord vc, it has sonicspeed pacing. Everything moves so fast. Now, I've only watched the later anime and not the source material but it's something you can really only enjoy if you're already familiar with the story.

35. Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider OOO & W Featuring Skull: Movie War Core

Neat movie, I enjoyed seeing Kamen Rider Skull's origins. I didn't watch much showa era but I enjoyed the little references to the series origins.
The OOO & W parts of the movies are not super interesting but I liked the finale.
