Our cats are never super into whatever we’re eating. I mean if you leave something unattended for a while they will help themselves, but they aren’t obnoxious. Except for just now when Duke tried to grab naan right out of my hand.

For the first time ever, I kind of messed up the green bean casserole. I used fresh green beans and they didn’t cook long enough so they were very crunchy. It wasn’t awful by any means, it’s just my favorite Thanksgiving dish. :(

I gave a really nice horror author a bad review for their most recent book on Goodreads and I feel really bad about it. They nearly died of cancer and were very close to never writing another book at all, and now I’m the one asshole giving it a bad rating while everyone else praises it.
