Ah, my parents' surgeries were free because the doc needed 50 procedures done to be certified in that area. oh well. Christmas is still ruined!

I'm gonna guess it depends on each individual? Both my parents did not need glasses, other than reading glasses after they got their surgeries done.

I have dry eyes, and even when I had the 2 week lenses, I HAD to take them out nightly. Of course, that was back when I had money to afford all of it.

Oh, I agree. I just wouldn't sleep in mine, but OTOH, the cost of contact lens care is too much.

I liked trying on new glasses when I wore contacts so I could see what they looked like on me. Yes, my vision is really bad.

I don't remember any side effects other than a sore arm where the injection was.
