I don’t get it, either. People must search topics like SNAP, EBT, chronic pain, etc just so they can dogpile in people’s mentions and say the absolute cruelest things. It’s shameful and I’m embarrassed for people who can’t seem to mind their own business and leave others alone.
Since my posts keep making it on the discover feed and doing big numbers, I have a question for the randos who like to respond just to dunk or lecture:
What do you get from that? I mean besides a block. Picking on random strangers who pop up in discover because they aren't posting how you approve.

I’m enjoying the perfume sampler cards I got in the mail from Sephora. It reminds me of pilfering them out of magazines at doctors’ offices. PSA: L’imperatrice Royale from D&G smells like armpits.

I have a few hours to myself today so I’m gonna try to get through more of Ken Burn’s series The American Revolution on PBS. The first two episodes were eye opening. I love how the story is accompanied by beautiful historic art and it’s fun to pick out the voices of the celebrity narrators.
Half way through the Ken burns docuseries and I’m always blown away at what gets tagged as “woke” these days.
It’s an incredibly fair treatment of the American Revolutionaries that takes these people, their circumstances, and their motivations seriously.
It just also doesn’t shy away from slavery.
