We got Naegleria in the species list.
A couple of antibodies for now seems to work. And we will make sure all the data is online, for everyone to look by themselves.

@zjmaggiexu.bsky.social sent samples,fixed differently to see which can allow #UExM & Marine, our Lab Manager Extraordinaire,powered through. Its not the easiest sample, some protective layer hinders homogenous ExM of the cell body all the time,but the reaction we got when it worked was worth it n/2
