Haven't played through the epilogue yet, though i did hear there's is a twist. I first wanna process the ending though since i'm still reeling over that lol

also people in the devs discord server are theorizing something happened behind the scenes to make them fumble the bag this badly since in the past their stories have always been super solid. anywho, the ending is not horrible but it's very subpar to what the company has done for their other games🤷‍♀️

basically the ending felt rushed and really out of nowhere. the protagonist (melinoe) had the final scene more or less stolen by the protagonist of the 1st game (zagreus) and the Big Bad turned good super quickly and almost out of nowhere. there's more to it but that's the gist of it.

i already said it in the other app but i'll say it again here: the ending with chronos turning good (i still can't believe they went with that btw) would have felt a little less like shit if it had been up to melinoe to choose what happened.
But no! zagreus has to come in and save us all ig.....
