Slowly but surely figuring out how to make a properly scalable UI system using viewports and stuff, it's not 100% perfect yet, but it's a start, the panel wont move in the game outside of moving into view.

We have a chat system! It's not networked yet, but it also shows NPC text, so i dont need a big annoying bar on the screen! It also has its own emote support! I plan to add a button to choose them later.
