There's two ways of going about it.

1/12 your normal size, whatever it may be, or if one had already shrunk, 12x that (which is effectively just 1/12 your "current" size).

With her primary gimmick being putting the player in increasingly worse input delay and slow motion the later she's fought, and pretty quick melee attacks and lightning spells, you start feeling too slow for the fight to be fair, especially when she becomes big enough to use stomps and ass slams.

This has given her a bit of a dual reputation amongst the fanbase- being hilariously easy to beat with a Yamcha-esque focus on her defeat pose, and a "wtf genuinely how the hell do I win" meme for anyone who didn't punt her while she was easy.

Naturally, everyone has their own opinion on the hottest order to beat these bosses- 4 guys, 4 ladies, an enby, and a goo monster voiced by 3 people- but the most optimal order is beating the thicc sorceress lady first, because if she's allowed to be third or later, her fight becomes hellish.

They're all over the office, the boss likes shrinking underperforming employees from high-value positions, to prevent industrial espionage more than anything, but the busy secretary doesn't really know what to DO with them, until the boss suggests using them as insoles for her pumps.
