Agreed that we can all speculate about the rationale, and wish for transparency from the con. Especially with something like party floors. I've not been to FC, so I only have LVFC as a comparison with how they manage the party block in the back 4/5 bldgs and access control w/ non removable con bands

Honestly, I infer that the hotel doesn't want the con there, since party floors are a better solution for isolating noise issues. It comes off that the hotel cannot organize its check in process to keep them contained, especially in relation to non attendees/Flight crew room blocks..

I will say that @barks-and-rec.org Prowl is kink positive, and unfortunately constrained in the horny department to the state laws. Granted attendees can wear jockstraps and little else. Just wish we could do more...
