We know Henry's daughter becomes the Puppet through FNAF 6, so logically Charlotte would still be her name in the games, ESPECIALLY because they swapped the kids gender from male to female to match the book. The ending cutscene shows that the "Save Him" kid from FNAF 2 is his daughter.

I don't disagree that its implementation is bad, but in a sea of horribly scummy updates, I think a harmless free gameplay feature is pretty inoffensive. The worst part about it is really that theres a GMAX dex and you have to use their shit mechanic to complete it, otherwise it just sorta exists.

Scott in his interview referred to Glitchtrap as haunted AI, so it feels to me like he merged himself with the Mimic AI to stay "alive" (like the Man in Room 1280) and then in Help Wanted 2s good ending we see Vanny defeat him for good. That's why in Ruin there's no Glitchtrap, just the Mimic.
