Hello there I'm 4-CE/Fource! I'm an illustrator and currently creating a sci-fi manga called Ynche.

Panel 4: The view is swapped to Adam's point of view and it is revealed that he actually stabbed his sister. Blood leaks out of her mouth and tears out of her eyes as she consoles him with "Its...Okay..." in her final breath.
