It’s not going anywhere with Ukraine hitting refineries. And means someone paid for this with hard money, which cannot be confiscated & used for weapons or weapons parts. So I’m not entirely sad about Russians buying overpriced luxury goods, emptying their coffers & depriving Putin of means for war.
