The interesting part of this discussion is that not all cultures necessarily cook their chicken well done & liking it to other poultry like duck, served under well done.

The well done mandate has always come due to salmonella risk but that often is due to other factors other than the animal itself

If you want a place that locals are into, everybody loves Stanbury. They don't take reservations so if you are trying to go to peak hours expect a wait.

If you got 1 night & never been here, Poole's Diner is the most culinary significant restaurant in the city. The owner and executive chef won JBFA awhile back. It's also a victim of its success, so you may hear naysayers say it's overrated but I've never had a bad meal. And it's 100% LGBTQ friendly

I didn't actually hate the photo itself tho. But when I upload it to Instagram, either the ratio aspect or compression or something doesn't make it look like the original image.

But will def play with lighting more in the future
