Love to hear this, Sylvia! The Pomodoro has been a game changer for me at work and at home. There is SO MUCH we can do in 25 mins of focused time (especially if we use AI) then we deserve that 5 min break. Some of my favorite 5 min breaks are to read, color, stretch, roll on the Chirp wheel
