idk of one that makes -all- the monsters fat, but I know thearmordines' fat mods make a good chunk of them bigger, which are the ones I'm using (alongside Ivory's hunter monster and All NPCs Are Monsters mods).

Two kobold archetypes (size and shape varies)

Dragons treating their kobolds well like loved cat pets.

Dragons getting very protective of their kobold clan, in a very "only -I- can bully them" whenever someone's mean to them.
