If you're so worried about kids, keep them off social media in the first place, teach them good internet behaviors (don't talk to strangers online, don't post your face/age/etc. monitor their browsing!) I grew up with those rules and I had 1 bad experience out of 100s. My parents watched what I did!

Maybe instead of being fucking lazy you should actually monitor what your kids are doing on the internet. These new policies are NEVER abt protecting kids bc kids will and already have figured out ways around it. The internet is not the parent, YOU are.
