New work with our UCSD colleagues shows that physical exercise may boost verbal memory and hippocampal integrity in TLE: more exercise linked to better memory with larger contralateral hippocampi. Kicking off my @bsky.app timeline by highlighting the great #Epilepsy Surgery session I had the pleasure of participating in today at the 61st Annual Meeting of the Argentine Society of #Neurology. I didn’t anticipate the challenge of having to talk about DBS, neuroimaging, & neurophys in Spanish!
