Very refreshing to see scientists who don't try to morph the observations and data to fit the conclusion they "want." You could have gone for the easy headline, but you respected science and you long for truth. Please keep up the hard work, and know that you and your team are inspiring to many.

Yes, this book has lots of creative chapters. Lots of gloom, but hope peeks through the cracks as the book progresses.

That second one is some trippy existential goodness. Makes sense, considering existentialism/nihilism (or anti-nihilism) tie into Solarpunk themes.

Been thinking about this. Excellent points.

But, I attribute my own environmentalism to her. I was young, and she and others were my heroes. Individuals can inspire children to grow into adults who want to make the world a better place for nature and animals. Something to be said for that, no?

11/22/63 is his best book in my opinion. I barely describe him as a horror writer anymore.
