Agree. I like duck duck go (really easy to turn off ai everything and is super private) searching is decent, I don't think ecosia searching is that great but you do get to plant trees....

Ahh, perimenopause. Periodically screws with my appetite (exact same during both my pregnancies, really struggled to eat). I agree with eat what you fancy when you can and try not to beat yourself up. Life truly is to short x ps monitor supplements, I've managed to overdo B12 previously, not great!
