I think it's entirely possible to hate - indeed to rage against and strongly protest what the Israeli government has done & is doing to Palestine & not hate all Jews - or to inspire hate against all Jews. Some will use any excuse to hate any marginalized person - LGBTQ+, people of color, etc.
