tbh, the cons for generative AI also probably outweigh the pros for software developers, too, they just have to care about them those cons more than how fast it will write code for them.

The issue is that these cops know the racism is inherent in the system and choose to be the foot soldiers for it regardless. It’s a shared responsibility model.
