Just finished @magicariot.com! Delightful read with fun and vivid characters, engaging worldbuilding, and tons of killer action sequences. Soul-nourishingly gay, too. Incidentally, it was also the perfect followup to my previous read, “Magica Riot” by Kara Buchanan.

Step 1: Write a college coming of age story Step 2: make it comedic, lighthearted, and super queer Step 3: Consult the Chicago Manual of Style on a regular basis Step 4 is the Chicago Manual of Style (16th Ed.) written in its own style, 12 point Times New Roman. Seriously, is there a good reason to use Chicago style instead of APA? I submit that there is not. I should know, because I probably use Zotero more than any other comedy/smut author I know.
