    •    Place fresh cranberries, orange slices and sugar in your food processor and process until smooth (or until no large chunks remain).
    •    Refrigerate until ready to serve or for up to 1 week. Serve over turkey, chicken, pork loin etc. (2/2)

This is WAY better than cranberry sauce. We usually make it a day in advance.
Fresh Cranberry Relish
    •    12 oz. fresh cranberries
    •    1 orange, peel ON
    •    1 c. granulated sugar
Instructions
    •    Slice ends off the orange. Leave the rest of the skin ON & cut into 8 pieces. (1/2)
