It's October and next week the clocks go back as we slowly slide towards the days of shorter light.

So we're delighted that next week we'll be launching our Wintering Well Boxes, which are FREE loanable kits containing SAD therapy lamps, activity guides and other resources.

Any ideas from anyone? I don't think I've ever listened to an academic audiobook that attempted citations or bibliographies. Some do footnotes if they're just little asides of discussion.
Can anyone recommend an academic audiobook that was well done? Looking for a good example of how to handle citations, footnotes, bibliography, etc. in audiobook format. Ideally an academic monograph. Please only recommend if you've read the audiobook and thought it was well done.

Could you be the next Chair of the CILIP LGBTQ+ network?
Is there actually no-one in the UK Library landscape who wants to become Chair of the CILIP LGBTQ+ Network, or are we just not getting the message out.

I can't continue - way to much going on, but without a chair, the network folds... If you've been mulling it over, now is the time to get in touch!

I’ve been thinking lots recently about saving literature searches in databases: how I do this & why, especially for #systematicreview, & focusing at the moment on EBSCO databases (as we move to a new database platform). I’ve been writing about this in 2 new blog posts, the first is this #AliceWrites
