I know I keep switching between games, but all I can think about is that Digimon Card Game concept. I've been studying various aspects of the current DCG, Digimon Alysion, and the old card game for PS1, to look for inspiration. It's been an interesting learning experience.

I did a lot of swapping for Mervamon and Junomon's line, as they just have so many options but no perfect transitions.

I wanted to try my hand at this, since technically, only three of the Olympus XII have proper evolution lines. It's not perfect, and I think we still need more Digimon to fill in the less than ideal options, but it was fun to try! 😁

Most of these seem fine, though I think I'd swap out Monodramon for Dracomon.

So, from my understanding, unless you're a completionist or are hunting for a specific Digimon, you basically have no issue getting strong Digimon and beating the game.

If you ever have time, I'd recommend you try out the fangame "Pokemon Echo." I had no hand in its creation, but as of now, it is arguably one of, if not, the most beautiful fangame to ever exist. I don't have the skills to reach this quality, it's just... wow! 😱

Yeah, you should definitely look it up sometime. It's simple, but also can be a bit frustrating and at times strategic, but yeah, a nice fun minigame you can beat in less than a minute. If I did ever make a game, it would definitely be a short one. lol
