I take my estradiol weekly, an alarm goes off and I just do. I pick it up while shopping for groceries

A pretty small number of trans people get surgery outside masectomy or orchi and most a long the line of vaginoplasties are performed outside the west due to long wait times and lack of well practiced specialists, this isn't a Ford assembly line

Absolutely laughable if you've known anyone on SSRIs it is far too often a lifelong process begining in teenage years. I myself took them from 13 to 25 until I got on estradiol, this isn't even getting into the side effects
