Happy #BuyNothingFriday to all those who mark the day. That air fryer will be as cheap next week most sale prices are bullshit.

So called "Labour" should have scraped the two child benefit cap on day one of this parliament. Then continue to do things to help the poor and make everyone prosperous. They just needed to be tough on wealthy tax cheats and corporations who enjoy some of the lowest taxes in Europe.

#Budget2025

Tax breaks for UK company cars cost the exchequer £3.27 billion a year

Motability costs £1 billion

Both are valuable to the folk who get them, and yet we save our pitchforks and torches for disabled people

Alt: a black and white photo of a Karl Mars respeledent in both ideas and beardyness and the words marxism intensifies above him as he shoots communistic lasers from his eyes that destroy capitalists and capitalist bootlicks.

On the upcoming darkest of Fridays, and every goddam day I say Fuck Bezos! Lex Luther looking chump could afford generosity, but no he always chooses greed and selling AI bollocks or plastic crap bound for landfill.
Amazon announced 14,000 layoffs. Its CEO made over $40M last year. UPS announced 48,000 layoffs. Its CEO made over $24M last year. Intel announced 20,000 layoffs. Its new CEO's pay package is valued at nearly $69M. This is what I mean when I say the system is rigged.

Naturally Starmer and Chums want to squeeze as much money as they can out of our HE sector. They have to pay for culture wars somehow! A thriving HE sector that welcomes the world's best, Brightest and wealthiest was a great asset, and they turned it over for worthless Brexit browny points.

I seo the government and went to kick the higher education sector while it's already on the ropes since Brexit and the Erasmus programme debacle. It's almost like the red tories are anti interlectial or sumfink. Universities that's where the competent economists live?! Can't have that.
