I used to feel the same way but then I started collaborating with more people in Notion and became a much bigger fan
really depends on your needs - if just simple, solo notes then Apple Notes is probably all you need

Personally I like left better, I always find human faces a bit odd in logos
But who is your target market? Those will be the best people to ask, they might have very different taste than rando bluesky users :)
